Prayer II

Ah, beware, good folk! Pray, do not let looks deceive you!

Prayer II is a fully functional spear. Designed not for combat, but solely for delivering the final blow.
You think the stabbing ends at the glass blade? That’s only there to create an opening wide enough to let its barbed attachment tear into your body.

You shouldn’t move, your organs are all caught up.

Would you like to know why the handle is oval?
Grip.
In case I would ever want to rotate it, with ease.
Blood is slippery after all.

Ever seen fruit in a blender?

You could break the handle and escape, but the spearhead is still embedded in you.
You could get somewhere safe, without ripping your innards apart.

But, then what?

Pull it out and your insides become outsides.
Leave it in and hold it for the rest of your life.

It really is just a matter of time.
